Merchant publishes a perk
From the PerkHour portal on any laptop or phone: pick the offer, the window, the redemption radius, and how many per customer. Draft it, schedule it, or go live now.
A local business publishes an offer that runs for a set window and reaches only people close enough to walk over. A customer claims it in the app and shows a short code at the register. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate.
The 2 PM lull. The rainy Tuesday. The 45 minutes before close. An offer with no expiry and no distance gets used by people who were already coming, which costs margin without changing when anyone walks in.
PerkHour is built around one unit: a perk with a start time, an end time, and a radius. It reaches only people close enough to act on it, and it stops existing when the window closes.
From the PerkHour portal on any laptop or phone: pick the offer, the window, the redemption radius, and how many per customer. Draft it, schedule it, or go live now.
The consumer app keeps a live connection. People within the radius see the perk slide into their feed, get an alert, and can see it on the map, without opening anything or refreshing.
Claiming issues a live ticket with a countdown and a short code. The customer shows it, the cashier closes it in the portal, and the ticket stamps itself redeemed on the customer's phone in real time. Location is checked at claim time, so tickets can't be used from across town.
Everything a regional manager needs to run perks across a portfolio, with none of the setup a POS integration demands.
Every perk has a window. Fill the slow hours, protect the busy ones, and never run an offer you forgot to turn off.
Reach people a short walk away, not the whole city. Redemption is geofenced, so the offer stays local and honest.
HQ admins, regional managers, store staff. Forty-nine permissions across five ready-made roles, scoped down to a single store.
Redeem from the portal on any device. A cashier closes a ticket in one tap; the customer's phone confirms it instantly.
When a store has several live perks, the app leads with the one you'd pick: priority, urgency, value, then popularity.
Customers rate the visit, keep a history of alerts, and browse a live map of what's on around them right now.
The platform is built and running: a consumer app for iOS and Android, a merchant and platform-admin portal, real-time delivery over WebSockets, geofenced redemption, and the operational tooling to onboard multi-location brands. The next step is merchant density in one city, and we're starting with the neighborhoods where people already walk past a dozen storefronts on the way to lunch.
Tell us a little about you. We will come back within one business day with a time. It is a 20-minute walkthrough of the app and the merchant portal, focused on what you care about.
